IMPORTANT - If the order is to be delivered to a flat, it is essential to have the flat number on the delivery information, in addition to the buildings address number. Any extra delivery info such as safe places, postal boxes, open garages, friendly neighbours is super helpful for our couriers.
We aim to process & dispatch within 2 - 4 working days, exceptions include weekends, Christmas & Easter and bank holidays. We ship with DPD next day delivery. You should receive your order within 2 working days from dispatch. Please note orders placed on Friday may be dispatched on Monday.
International Delivery
Unfortunately we're unable to offer delivery outside the UK at this time.
Returns & Refunds
Should you wish to return any items from an order, you must inform us within 14 days upon receipt of your order. Please email our Customer Services team at customerservices@indigosky.co.uk. . You then have a further 14 days to return your order to us.
Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement or exchange .
We only replace items if they are defective , damaged or an incorrect style was sent to you . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservices@indigosky.co.uk
If you have made an error while placing your order – such as adding more than you need or the wrong size or colour, please email customerservices@indigosky.co.uk straightaway and we should be able to amend the order for you .
Returning An Item
Royal Mail Free Tracked Return
Please click the link above to generate your free Royal Mail tracked return label.
To create the return label you'll need your order number . This can be found on your order confirmation email and on the delivery note that came with your order. If you need further assistance or if you do not have access to a printer, please ring 01274 651651 and ask for Indigo Sky Customer Services. We are here to help Monday to Thursday 8am -4.30 pm and Friday 8am - 3pm.
Please include your order number, name & address within the return parcel to help speed up the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservices@indigosky.co.uk.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
